Exaltare Coaching
After experiencing a challenging life event, whether it’s serious illness, bereavement or redundancy, you may be feeling a sense of disorientation. You might find yourself questioning your purpose, direction, identity or values. Or perhaps you do have a newfound perspective but feel frustrated with your struggle to take action and make progress towards your goals.
Hello, I’m Sherine, and having gone through cancer treatment myself, I understand what it’s like to feel a little confused about a future that may no longer align with what you previously envisaged. My own search for clarity and momentum led me to coaching, first as a client and then inspired me to gain (with distinction!) a master’s degree in the field. I believe that coaching can be powerful catalyst for insight and meaningful change.
At its core coaching is a structured and supportive conversation which gives you the space for reflection and exploration to find your own answers. You are the expert in your own life and coaching is an opportunity to think more clearly and deeply about what matters most to you. My role is to listen with care, ask powerful questions and create a safe, confidential space, free of judgement. My academic training is anchored in the discipline of positive psychology which is the science of human flourishing; I am interested in your strengths and capabilities. If you are new to coaching, it is important to note that it is different to counselling or therapy - coaching is future orientated and the focus is on your development, growth and fulfilling your full potential.
If you have experienced a setback and are wondering ‘what’s next?’, do get in touch and we’ll set up a chat to explore how coaching can offer clarity.
